Jurong Lake Gardens is Singapore’s first national gardens built right in the heartlands, offering a huge, beautifully designed space for families, nature lovers and active visitors. The Gardens
The 90-hectare Jurong Lake Gardens is made up of three distinct sections, each one with numerous features.
Lakeside Garden
Lakeside Garden is the largest section of Jurong Lake Gardens and offers an extensive of nature-themed experiences. Its open grasslands, waterfront boardwalks and naturalised habitats create a peaceful space for walking, jogging and wildlife spotting.
Family favourites like Forest Ramble and Clusia Cove add playful elements inspired by nature. With scenic lake views and plenty of room to explore, Lakeside Garden is a vibrant yet calming outdoor retreat.
Chinese Garden
The Chinese Garden showcases traditional architectural elements set within a serene landscape of ponds, bridges and curated greenery. You can enjoy features like the Bonsai Garden, Cloud Pagoda and Bamboo Grove, each designed to reflect classical Chinese aesthetics.

Japanese Garden
The Japanese Garden offers a gentle, tranquil escape inspired by classic Japanese design principles. Soft landscaping, stone pathways and water elements come together to create a calming environment ideal for reflection.

Held within the spacious grounds of Jurong Lake Gardens, it teaches basic balance, pedalling and road safety skills in a fun, active way.
